Who is Viktor Tsoi?

Viktor Tsoi was born in Leningrad to a Russian mother and a racial Korean father whose roots were in Kazakhstan in 1962. Tsoi began playing in bands early after failing in art school. He was Russia's finest rock artist, musician, and cheerleader.
