Most machines have light signals that indicate when the machine is on when it is preheated and when it is ready now to laminate.

� Prepare the document that you intend to laminate, this is by ensuring that it fits well within the laminating films, trimming and resizing to make sure it comes out perfect is done at this level. Place the document in between the films.

� Trim the laminating film to the desired size but avoiding cutting deep into the document inside.

� If no more lamination is to be done you can switch off the laminating machine.
